1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Please note that advance booking is essential when using this gift voucher, and bookings are subject to availability. Please email us at [email protected] to make a booking along with quoting your voucher number to the team. Kindly notify us at time of booking that this voucher is to be used, and present it to a member of staff on arrival. Bookings must be made more than 3 days in advance. Vouchers will only be valid for bookings with the hotel 48 hours after the purchase date, vouchers are not able to be used within this period. No refunds will be given to vouchers which are purchased with the intention to use inside of 48 hours. 

This voucher is non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use. Vouchers are valid until the date shown on the voucher.
